website inspiration, look no more

I can't say enough times how happy I am to have discovered siteinspire.net. Apart from having a good-looking site themselves, they do an amazing job at collecting many beautiful sites and organising them by intuitive categories. A must.

Fleurs à Bruxelles

I've been keeping my eyes open for beautiful felt creations. Flowers are at the top of my list, as they turn out gorgeous without much effort and are always easy to match whatever you're wearing. Since the weekend is close, you might want to take a couple of hours for a hands-on project.

Of course, if this is too much trouble for you, you can always go for the real flowers. My best friend makes beautiful bouquets and delivers them right to your door: livraison fleurs Bruxelles. And her flowers certainly smell better :)

Let it ring

I really don't like people who talk on their mobiles while driving, especially if I'm in their car. As constant nagging doesn't always deter them from answering their phones, this smart campaign might:

by happiness.

Animaestro

Since I received the link to this wonderful collection of animated shorts I just can't stop looking. If you want to get excited too, here are two samples:

I'm really happy there is someone who collects these beautiful films for the use of us, the lazy ones :)

A blog that makes me happy

cause I get to meet lots of odd characters like these guys. Go see them all on ilikecharacters.com.

I felt something for these felted animals

I felt some sort of nostalgy as they remind me very much of some russian illustrated books I had when I was a child. These toys were created by Victor Dubrovsky and I really hope he continues making them - just looking at them turns me sentimental :)

What do you do with your killed ideas?

There's a big probability your best ideas never make it into production being put to death on the way by creative directors, agencies or clients. Thanks to a nice initiative by Blurb, you have another chance of getting the best of those ideas on air, in the first volume of the Killed Ideas book. Well, hopefully they won't kill them again :)
(Extended) deadline is 7 April, so be fast.
